Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Due to the automated and instant nature of our smart perfume vending machines, cancellations are subject to specific conditions outlined below.

2. Before Product Dispensing

2.1 Payment Processing Stage

If you wish to cancel your order before the product is dispensed, you may do so only during the payment processing stage. Once payment is confirmed and the dispensing process begins, cancellation is not possible.

2.2 How to Cancel Before Dispensing

  • If the vending machine has a "Cancel" button during payment processing, press it immediately
  • If payment has not been confirmed, you can exit the transaction
  • Once payment is confirmed, cancellation is not possible through the machine

3. After Product Dispensing

Once the product has been dispensed from the vending machine, the transaction is considered complete and cannot be cancelled. The following applies:

  • No cancellations are accepted after product dispensing
  • Refunds may only be requested in cases of defective products, wrong products, or machine malfunctions (see our Refund Policy)
  • Change of mind is not a valid reason for cancellation after dispensing

4. Payment Failures

4.1 Failed Transactions

If your payment fails and no product is dispensed, the transaction is automatically cancelled. Any amount debited from your account will be refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days.

4.2 Payment Successful but Product Not Dispensed

If payment is successful but the product is not dispensed due to a machine malfunction:

  1. Contact us immediately at +91-9656660060
  2. Provide transaction details (machine location, time, amount)
  3. We will verify the issue through machine logs
  4. You will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days

5. Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times for a single transaction:

  1. Contact us immediately with all transaction details
  2. Provide proof of duplicate charges (bank statement or transaction screenshots)
  3. We will investigate and process a refund for the duplicate charge(s) within 5-7 business days

6. Uncollected Products

If you complete a purchase but fail to collect the product from the vending machine:

  • The transaction is considered complete
  • No refund or cancellation will be provided
  • We are not responsible for products left uncollected
  • Please ensure you collect your product immediately after purchase

7. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Transactions

For eligible cancellations (payment failures, machine malfunctions):

  • Verification: 1-2 business days
  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after verification
  • Credit to Account: Additional 5-7 business days depending on your bank

8. Non-Cancellable Situations

Cancellations will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been successfully dispensed and collected
  • Customer changed their mind after product dispensing
  • Customer does not like the fragrance after opening
  • Product has been used or opened

9. How to Request Cancellation

For eligible cancellation requests (machine malfunctions, payment issues):

  1. Contact us immediately:
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Vending machine location
    • Date and time of transaction
    • Transaction amount and payment method
    • Reason for cancellation request
    • Photos or screenshots (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours
  4. If approved, refund will be processed as per our timeline
