Refund and Return Policy

1. Overview
At PERFUME POINT LLP, we are committed to your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our vending machine business and hygiene considerations, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Eligible for Return
Products may be returned or refunded in the following cases:
- Defective Products: Product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon receipt
- Wrong Product: You received a different product than what you selected and paid for
- Machine Malfunction: Payment was processed but product was not dispensed
- Expired Products: Product is past its expiration date
2.2 Not Eligible for Return
The following are NOT eligible for returns or refunds:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Products left uncollected from the vending machine
- Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity (please check ingredients before purchase)
- Dissatisfaction with fragrance (we recommend testing samples when available)
3. Return Timeframe
Claims for defective, wrong, or non-dispensed products must be reported within 24 hours of purchase. Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Vending machine location
- Date and time of purchase
- Transaction amount and payment method
- Product name and issue description
- Photos of the defective product (if applicable)
- Await Verification: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or photos
- Resolution: Once approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not provide cash refunds.
5.2 Refund Timeline
- Approval: Refund requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days
- Processing: Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days
- Credit to Account: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
5.3 Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for products that are partially damaged but still usable.
6. Machine Malfunction Refunds
If payment is processed but the product is not dispensed due to a machine malfunction:
- Note the machine location and transaction time

- Provide your transaction details
- We will verify the malfunction through our machine logs
- Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days upon verification
7. Exchanges
Due to the vending machine nature of our business, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will process a refund. You may then make a new purchase from any of our vending machines.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Do not use or open the product further
- Take clear photos showing the damage or defect
- Contact us within 24 hours with photos and transaction details
- Keep the product until we confirm your refund approval
We may request you to return the defective product to our office address for inspection before processing the refund.
9. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Product was successfully dispensed but left uncollected by the customer
- Customer changed their mind after purchase
- Customer does not like the fragrance after opening
- Product was used or tampered with
- Claim was made more than 24 hours after purchase
- Insufficient proof of purchase or transaction details
10. Failed Payment Refunds
If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, the refund will be processed automatically by your bank within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please contact us with your transaction details.
