1. Agreement to Terms

By using PERFUME POINT LLP's smart perfume vending machines or accessing our website perfumepoint.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

PERFUME POINT LLP operates automated perfume vending machines located in malls, airports, offices, and other high-traffic locations. Our machines allow customers to browse, select, and purchase mini-perfume products using contactless payment methods.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases from our vending machines. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Product Information and Pricing

4.1 Product Details

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images on our vending machines. However, actual products may vary slightly from displayed images. All perfumes are authentic and sourced from authorized distributors.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed on the vending machine at the time of purchase.

4.3 Product Availability

Product availability is subject to stock levels at each vending machine location. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure Razorpay payment gateway:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
• Net banking

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your complete payment card information. Payment must be completed before product dispensing.

5.3 Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive the refund, please contact us at info@perfumepoint.co.

6. Product Dispensing

Once payment is confirmed, the vending machine will automatically dispense your selected product. Please ensure you collect your product from the dispensing tray immediately after purchase.

Important: We are not responsible for products left uncollected in the vending machine. Please verify you have received the correct product before leaving the machine.

8. Machine Malfunctions

If you experience a machine malfunction (payment accepted but product not dispensed, wrong product dispensed, damaged product received), please:

1. Note the machine location and transaction time
2. Take a photo of the machine display (if possible)

4. Provide your transaction details

We will investigate and provide a refund or replacement within 3-5 business days.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Tamper with, damage, or attempt to break into vending machines
• Use the machines for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to defraud or manipulate the payment system
• Interfere with the proper operation of the machines
• Resell products purchased from our machines for commercial purposes

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our vending machines and website, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and software, is the property of PERFUME POINT LLP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our vending machines and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Machines will be available at all times or locations
• All products will always be in stock
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PERFUME POINT LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our vending machines or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PERFUME POINT LLP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
