1. Business Model & Delivery Method

PERFUME POINT LLP operates a network of smart vending machines ("kiosks") dispensing mini-perfume products. Due to the nature of our business:

  • Instant Delivery: Products are physically dispensed immediately upon successful payment at the vending machine.
  • No Shipping: We do not offer courier, postal, or home delivery services. All transactions are completed in-person at our kiosk locations.
  • No Shipping Fees: Since there is no physical shipping involved, there are absolutely no shipping or delivery charges added to your purchase.

2. Service Locations

Our services are exclusively available at our physical vending machine locations. Detailed location information for our kiosks can be found on our website or by contacting our customer support.

Note: We are currently expanding our network. Check back frequently for new locations near you.

3. Delivery Confirmation

Acceptance of delivery is confirmed when:

  • The product is successfully dispensed from the dispensing slot of the vending machine.
  • The customer physically retrieves the product from the machine.

We recommend verifying the product condition immediately upon retrieval.

4. Failed Delivery (Dispense Errors)

In the rare event that a payment is processed but the machine fails to dispense the product ("Failed Delivery"):

  1. Do not panic: Our machines are monitored and logs are maintained.
  2. Contact Support: Please report the issue immediately via phone or email.
  3. Resolution: We will verify the transaction against our machine logs. If a dispense error is confirmed, we will issue a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Receipts and Invoices

Digital receipts are generated for every transaction. By default, machines may display a QR code to download the receipt or send it via SMS/Email if you choose to provide your contact details at the time of purchase.
